  • All shipments are sent fully insured.
  • For shipments that are not picked up, we charge a return fee of SEK 69, on web order.
  • All prices on Sustainablemakerroom.com include Swedish VAT.
  • All attempted fraud is reported to the police. Sustainablemakerroom.se reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.
  • Sustainable maker room reserves the right to make any printing errors such as price, size, number of products in stock on this website. Nor can we 100% guarantee that all images accurately reflect the appearance of the products.
  • Shipping cost for web order:

    SEK 350 to United States

Payment

Sustainable Maker Room has chosen Klarna as for payments. We do not store credit cards or other financial information. All payments are processed by Klarna, which is a PCI-certified, encrypted payment system.

Returns and claims

Sustainable Maker Room applies a 14-day right of withdrawal *. This means that you can return your goods 14 days after you have received them delivered. Notice of return is given within 14 days of receiving your delivery. The notification must be made by e-mail to info@sustainablemakerroom.se or via our contact form which you will find under the page “contact” To be able to return the goods, they must be in unchanged condition and in original packaging if available. If these requirements are not met, we will not approve your return.

* No right of return on fabric

You as a customer are responsible for return shipping when invoking the right of withdrawal or open purchase.

If an item is defective or incorrectly delivered, contact us at info@sustainablemakerroom.se and we will help you.

We will then replace you with a new defect-free item or refund you for the item, and send you a return shipping note for the incorrect item.

Sustainable Maker Room is always responsible for return shipping in the event of damaged or incorrect goods.

Shipping and delivery

  • All shipments are sent fully insured.
  • Delivery time is about 3-5 days within Sweden. We pack on Tuesdays and Thursdays, order placed before 10.00 these days depart the same day.
  • Within Sweden, we offer delivery to agents via DHL or PostNord.

Security

Secure Payments

We cooperate with Stripe for the redemption of card payments. Card data transfer is encrypted. NOTE! Sustainable Maker Room does not store credit card numbers, but this is handled by Stripe.

Personal data

By law, we must ask you to consent to us processing information about you, such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone number. You give this consent when you buy. All information provided to us or that we receive when you visit our site will be processed by Sustainable Maker Room in your capacity as personal data manager. The information will be used for the purpose that when purchasing we will be able to fulfill our obligations to you, draw your attention to offers within your personal areas of interest and other marketing purposes. Sustainable Maker Room will never allow a third party to use your personal information for marketing purposes unless you consent to this.

You have the right to access the personal data that is registered about you upon request. If they are incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to request that the information be corrected or deleted.

Force majeure

Sustainable Maker Room is exempt from penalty for failure to fulfill any obligation under this agreement, if the failure is based on a liberating circumstance as set forth below and the circumstance prevents, impedes or delays performance. As a liberating circumstance shall be considered i.a. government action or omission, new or amended legislation, labor market conflict, blockade, fire, flood, sabotage, major accident or other type of natural disaster. Force majeure includes government decisions that affect the market and products negatively, e.g. restrictions in indication, warning texts, sales bans, etc., abnormal decline in the market and if the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects the business.
